Company Information

Bluewater Yachting provides yacht charter, yacht brokerage, crew training, crew placement and yacht management. We are a full service luxury yachting company that creates strong and lasting relationships with clients and crew.

Although all our available positions are posted on our website Job Board, we are truly a people-based business, focusing on the people we place, and the people we place them with.

We understand the dynamics of living aboard and factor personality into the hiring decision. Our Placement Coordinators have all worked on superyachts, and know what working aboard is like. We interview thoroughly and do our best to get to know the crew we place, through thorough reference checking and face to face conversations. We look forward to being of service!
