Company Information

wilsonhalligan provides a personal recruitment service exclusively to large private and commercially operated yachts.

The office is managed and run by experienced senior recruitment, operational and marine  personnel most of whom have worked in the roles of those who serve onboard large yachts and understand the marine certification requirements that are applicable.

A bespoke database assists in identifying candidates who meet with clients criteria which, along with interviewing techniques and personality profiling, creates an effective selection process.

wilsonhalligan comply with the Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) ISO 9001 standard and are accredited exclusively  for the recruitment of personnel to the Large Yachts.

We welcome CV's from experienced and certified yacht officers and crew, or those with solid backgrounds, wishing to be assigned to the yachts of our existing and future clients.  Please register through our website www.wilsonhalligan.com
