• Yacht registration in multiple jurisdictions
• IOM Ships Representative Person - we are currently engaged in this capacity by several, globally recognised superyachts
• Close working relationships with intermediaries including Ships Registrars, Yacht Managers, Insurers, Accountants, Lawyers and VAT Professionals - ensuring a timely, efficient, cost-effective and complete service
• Close working relationships with finance houses providing yacht finance/mortgages and registration of same
• Liaising with Class, Surveyors, Managers, Brokers and Captains and ensuring compliance with applicable coding, including SOLAS/ISM, ISPS and MLC, 2006
• Provision of tax efficient structures and comprehensive administrative and accounting functions
• Provision of fractional ownership structuring
• Implementation of crew-employment structure whereby employer pays contributions towards social security within the EU
• Operational/Management/Technical Support provided in-house or through close links to third party specialists.
