In 2015,M/Y Serenity J visited Indonesia twice,in May/June/July and again in Oct/Nov and used Andy and Kerry and the team at lighthouse both times as our local agents.

Indonesia is a fantastic but somewhat daunting destination with its countless islands,remote locations and challenging logistics. From the moment I first met Andy, a couple of months before we arrived,he impressed with his proactive,detailed and enthusiastic assistance. By the time we pulled into Bali we had solutions for almost all problems in place, detailed itineraries and backup plans and a good idea of how they were going to support our adventure.

During our time there on both trips,covering Bali to Komodo, the Banda Sea,Ambon and Raja

Ampat, we had Andy available to assist with regulations, transfers,advice,provisions and all manner of small problems at any hour and always with a solution and a smile. It is testament to the excellent support we received that we were able to roam so freely and give the Owners the sense of exploration that is so integral to such an amazing and diverse country.

The first trip was so successful that we returned later in the year (as Andy had predicted!) to explore further. The Owner declared Raja Ampat one of the most amazing places he had seen - high praise indeed and made possible by all the hard work going on behind the scenes.
