Marina Port de Mallorca wanted to welcome the Summer with a fun barbecue for clients, brokers, friends, and workers. After a welcome cocktail with a spectacular sunset, the guests enjoyed live music, delicious food and drinks for all tastes, in a relaxed and pleasant family atmosphere.
More than 300 people attended throughout the evening enjoying cocktails and snacks, while a flamenco group accompanied by a guitarist and a ‘bailaora’ dancer enlightened the atmosphere. The guests were delighted to be greeted with a carnation and a glass of champagne upon arrival.
Oscar Fernández, captain of Marina Port de Mallorca says: ‘All the customers were very grateful for this flamenco touch at the beginning and it was fun to see the ‘bailaora’ moving in a golf cart with her flamenco dress, but the best was the contrast of a typical Spanish performance with the Rock music that came after dinner and the DJ to finish the dessert and mojitos at the end of the night. We wanted to have three different styles for everyone to enjoy.’
The rock band "The Claps", known on the island for their live performance qualities, entertained us with their international rock music of the 60 'and 70'. The concert got the guests into a great mood after dinner to the point of asking them to repeat several songs keeping them on stage longer!
And finally, the DJ raised the party spirit even more until after midnight and while some had fun dancing, others were entertained taking pictures with the costumes and masks that were delivered to provoke laughs and funny images.
Taking advantage of this party, the guests were able to experience at first-hand how the new Marina Port de Mallorca will be after finishing their remodelling works that are about to come to an end which will make this port a more comfortable and safe place. The marina will have more space, much more modern and sustainable facilities and, above all, greater security and functionality for customers and employees.
This party, which will be remembered by the guests, has been one more event in the calendar of events that Marina Port de Mallorca offers to its customers.
