The stunning Dubois 35metre high performance sailing yacht, Caroline 1, has been sold by Sea-Alliance Group in cooperation with Iconovista. Acting for the buyer, Sea-Alliance Group extends thanks to Simon Turner from Iconovista, who represented the seller.

On the market at €3.95M, Caroline 1 was built in 1994 by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand to a Dubois design with a beautiful interior from the office of Redman Whiteley. The yacht underwent a total refit in 2013 bringing her up to an extremely modern and eye catching fast cruising yacht with the latest cruising aids and luxuries.

Caroline 1 can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins all with ensuite shower rooms. There is also separate accommodation and facilities for up to six crew to ensure privacy. The 2013 refit provided the accommodation with exceptional light and space with a choice of interior and exterior dining options. There is a state-of-the-art entertainment system operating throughout the vessel while a range of water sports equipment is available for guests.

Caroline 1 is 35.10 metres (115ft) long with a 7.9 metre beam, built in aluminium and with an extensive sail wardrobe to facilitate fast and comfortable passage making.

Currently lying in Genoa, Italy, Caroline 1 was sold for an undisclosed sum following a highly successful charter season. The professional skipper and crew will remain with the yacht’s new owner.
