The luxury marina opened its Gallery building in January this year with more than 10 marine businesses jumping at the chance to call the marina home. These include Almar, Bond TM, BWA Yachting, Elite Crew International, Linen Lintea, Lucas Fox, MIT BCN, OneStop Yachts, Pantaenius, Rivera Lifestyle Management and Y.E.S Marine.

Four semi-serviced office spaces remain for rent in the new marine business hub and include meeting rooms, a common bar area and office equipment including a photocopy machine and scanner. Regular Friday crew BBQ’s are sponsored by the office tenants, where they have the opportunity to socialize with captain and crew from both the Marina as well as neighbouring shipyard MB’92.

In renting this space, on the water overlooking some of the world’s largest luxury yachts, staff can reap the rewards of a OneOcean Club membership for the new state-of-the-art gymnasium and wellness facilities.
