In the ever changing circumstances following the outbreak of COVID-19, just to let you know, that HRCrew is very much operational, fully functional and working remotely with great resources, such as our database, video interviewing and team connection tools.
The first quarter of 2020 was our busiest ever!
We’ve made plenty of placements, from Captains to Interior crew, with many further placements in the pipeline. We are still servicing our own fleet yachts, as well as our additional loyal clients. We are therefore offering a full range of positions starting from 25m to 130m sail and motor yachts, both private and charter in locations worldwide. In addition, we are also offering exciting land-based positions!
We have had to postpone some of our planned activities, such as our very popular Training Seminars and Open Days. Nevertheless, the HRCrew team is geared up and ready to get them rescheduled as soon as things are back to normal. We have been actively supporting crew with new ideas, such as online courses, self-development, CV assistance, interviewing and career advice during these challenging times. Make sure your current details are on our extensive database of fully vetted candidates which needs to be up to date ready to go at any time.
We continue to have jobs available and they are coming in daily. Due to the current circumstances there is the need for flexibility with start dates, and geographical locations will come more into play than normal.
On-board training services and crew wellbeing webinars
A really new and novel development, Hill Robinson is now providing on-board training services which are divided in multiple modules, covering all aspects of crew functions and the programme is designed to be carried out to cover all the key areas of operations of a yacht. The training will be provided by professional, qualified and experienced trainers. We also organise crew wellbeing webinars to assist fleet crew in optimising their time and personal energy levels to create a sense of empowerment. More information is available upon request.
